Review 18/19 meeting structure.
Update on status of Summer equipment and system rollouts and projects.
Review and react to or discuss member feedback form submissions from prior year. Reflect, develop and tweak process or form.
Record and finalize prior year Taskforce feedback and recommendations chart in the Plan.

Spring

Gather Taskforce member feedback and recommendations on Technology plan progress.
Review Summer equipment and system rollouts and projects.
