1.2.1. Plan team member PD portion, have examples, and be ready to guide discussions and keep members on task. Be ready for questions!

1.3.1. Review school date, coordinate meetings with team members to review integration process and provide support throughout the process.
1.4. Phase 4
1.4.1. Coordinate reflection process, plan time to refine curriculum map, and coordinate improvisions moving forward.
2. Secondary Education Coordinator
2.1. Phase 1
2.1.1. Work with curriculum director to develop training for curriculum team.
2.2. Phase 2
2.2.1. Work with curriculum director to fiind other district examples of curriculum maps. Call other districts and get feedback on creation process.
2.3. Phase 3
2.3.1. Work with curriculum director to review data, assessment, and PD opportunities throughout integration process.
2.4. Phase 4
2.4.1. Work with curriculum director to plan reflection sessions and coordinate with local school math coaches to set up summer professional development.
3. High School Principal
3.1. Phase 1
3.1.1. Attend curriculum team meeting, bring data from school, designate lead teacher and bring them with you to the meeting.
3.2. Phase 2
3.2.1. Lead your school group towards designing first curriculum map for Algebra I, and be plan to take curriculum map creation process back to school.
3.3. Phase 3
3.3.1. Review school data, constantly check in with teachers, be supportive and encouraging (do not micromanage or be overbearing).
3.4. Phase 4
3.4.1. Review data, lead local reflections, gather information and communicate with SED and CD on ways to improve the process moving forward.
4. Math Department Heads
4.1. Phase 1
4.1.1. Attend curriculum team meeting, assist team with teacher perspective. Think of school's strengths and weaknesses.
4.2. Phase 2
4.2.1. Work with your school group towards designing first curriculum map for Algebra I, and be plan to take curriculum map creation process back to school. Process will be the same for all math courses.
4.3. Phase 3
4.3.1. Lead y example, work towards fully integrating the curriculum map. Check in on your department, get feedback, and support your faculty.
4.4. Phase 4
4.4.1. Lead department meetings to reflect on curriculum map, discuss changes and materials needed moving forward, be the voice for your department during reflection and refining the curriculum map.
5. Math Coaches
5.1. Phase 1
5.1.1. Work with secondary education coordinator and curriculum director to assist in developing PD for curriculum team.
5.2. Phase 2
5.2.1. Create exemplars for Algebra I, be ready to answer school group and local school PD questions. Plan with principal and curriculum coordinator to assit leading local PD creation process.
5.3. Phase 3
5.3.1. Review school data, have on-going conversations with staff, provide local support and PD to encourage integration of curriculum map.
5.4. Phase 4
5.4.1. Coordinate local PD and reflection opportunities with principal and curriculum director.
6. Teacher Representatives
6.1. Phase 1
6.1.1. Attend curriculum team meeting, assist team with teacher perspective. Think of school's strengths and weaknesses.
6.2. Phase 2
6.2.1. Assist in creating rough draft, and be ready to be a voice of enthusiasm and encouragement at local PD.
6.3. Phase 3
6.3.1. Lead by example. Take risks and ask questions. Be the liason between staff and principal. BE HONEST!
6.4. Phase 4
6.4.1. Be a part of the process. Communicate the feel of the staff to the principal, be honest in meetings, and assist local school team members during reflection and refining process.
