Different greetings can be set up for different circumstances.

The Unavailable Greeting is when you are not able to pick up your phone.
The Buy Greeting is for when you are unable to take the call because you\'re already on the phone.
The Full Name greeting is simply for stating your full name

NB: If you don\'t want to distinguish between Busy and Unavailable, set Use Unavailable greetings when busy to YES

You can set as many greetings as you wish, but only one greeting can be active for each situation at a time.
