2. Needs and Expectation/ Details activities

2.1. 1.Finding host ward/ village/town/city. ( May be hometown/village of internal PP staffs, TM staffs, SMART MM team staffs, social influencers )

2.2. 2. Pre-competition activities : training and capacity building of current waste handlers in villages/towns, giving information and eduction and communication ( IEC ) campigns in villages

2.3. 3. Demonstration correct method of segregation, recycling, dumping, composting ( TM team and one or two inspector from PreventPlastics / SA team )

2.4. 4. On site trainings for waste segregation and waste collection

2.5. 5. Designing or finding possible collection routes and designing collection system and equipment compeitiion.

2.6. 6. Award giving to winning teams and participation teams from villages based on resources mapping exercises .
