1. HR
1.1. One responsibility of the Human Resources department is to lead and evaluate training departments to get all the workers ready for the work force.
1.2. Another responsibility of the Human Resources department is to manage all the health and human services of the employees. Another thing is to evaluate the education of the employees to check if they are certified to work in the company.
1.3. The final responsibility of the Human Resources department is to process payroll to all the employees. This also includes doing the taxes and all the hours for each employee.
2. Accounting
2.1. One responsibility of the accounting department is to record or all the goods and services and figure out all the accounts payable and receivable, which means how much money is coming in and how much money is going out.
2.2. Another responsibility of the accounting department financing. They have to use the accounting data to see what type of potential investors will be necessary for your your companies funding.
2.3. The final responsibility of the accounting department is budgeting. They have to do all the budgeting for all the purchases, investments, income, and etc. This is so the company isn't spending money that they don't have.
3. Sales
3.1. One responsibility of the Sales department is to make sales. They have to make sales in the most inexpensive and cost-efficient way possible.
3.2. Another responsibility of the Sales department is to retain existing customers. This allows the company to increase its business because of the referral channel.
3.3. The final responsibility of the Sales department is to grow the the business. This sounds self explanatory, but its the most important. They need to do thinks like keep customer retention, seek customer recommendations, and provide a good referral market.
4. Legal
4.1. One responsibility of the legal department is that it spreads awareness of the company and how they follow to rules of the law. It provides people a accurate depiction of the mission of the company.
4.2. Another responsibility of the legal department is to work on all the contracts and licensing works so that the company doesn't get into legal trouble.
4.3. The final responsibility of the legal department is to deal with all the issues that people try to overstep such as trying to break the contract they signed to get free items or try to scam the company.
5. Marketing
5.1. One responsibility of the marketing department is monitoring and managing social media. Someone has to maintain all the social media accounts and what is being posted.
5.2. Another responsibility of the marketing department is conducting customer and market research. This job requires you find the best demographic for your product and see how people perceive this product.
5.3. The final responsibility of the marketing department is producing marketing and promotional materials initiatives. This part of the department is to have up to date promotional material.
