4.2.1. Observe the product. Ask if they have any questions. Share any tips or tricks you may have

4.3.1. If they are observing a product from a particular brand, ask if they had the opportunity to try something new from that brand. Keep the conversation flowing. Remain helpful

5. Provide Samples with Mini-Makeover

5.1. Offer the client a mini-makeover

5.2. Demonstrate how to apply the product(s)

5.3. Offer samples if they are not ready to commit

6. Make the Client Feel Comfortable and Build their Trust

6.1. Offer sales if there are any

6.2. Ask them questions like: "is there anything else I can help you with today?"

6.3. If the store is busy, continually remind the customer you will be right with them if they need help
